It is the Club Draw tonight and we look forward to seeing our members down for a drink and maybe to take home R2 575.00.
On Saturday there is a huge Rugby Day at the Club. The Juniors start at 8am against Centurion and the Madalas play at 12 midday followed by the local derby vs Wanderers in the afternoon. Come down and support the boys please.

Please come down to the Club Draw tonight. It will take place in the Old Bones as the Main Bar is booked so the fire will be on and the bar nice and warm and cosy.
See you all there. We will have a hamper Raffle with some Wine and Craft Beer with the proceeds going towards the Deck Project
BIG RUGBY DAY AT THE CLUB ON SATURDAY 28TH JUNE
The Club has a big day planned for tomorrow. The Pirates Junior Rugby boys will be playing against Centurion with games starting at 08h00.
At 12 midday the Pirates Madalas will take on the Wanderers Sables in a hard fought game with lots of pride at stake.
From 13h15 the Senior Rugby Boys will be up against Wanderers for the coveted Danford Cup. The 1st Team will kick off at 16h00.
Support for the boys will be greatly appreciated.
PIRATES 10KM ROAD RACE – SUNDAY 6TH JULY @ 08h00 (sorry misprint last week)
The Road Running Section will once again be hosting the 10km Road Race at the Club on Sunday 6th July
This is a wonderful run through Westcliff and surrounds so please tell all your friends about it. Below are all the details of the race:

- Hurricanes v Crusaders in Wellington – Kick Off at 09:35
- Waratahs v Brumbies in Sydney – Kick Off at 11:40
- Western Force v Blues in Perth – Kick Off at 13:45
THE SPRINGBOKS PLAY @ 17H00 AGAINST SCOTLAND
The Springboks take on Scotland in Port Elizabeth on Saturday Kick off at 17h00. The Club will be so festive so make sure you get down to watch the game

As we enter the 2nd half of the year we are pleased to announce the hosting of one of South Africa’s largest and oldest microbreweries. For many of you Mitchell’s Brewery and their beers will need no introduction! Started all the way back in 1983 in Knysna they have a long established history with many tales to tell. They are distributed nationwide and many of you would have spotted the Mitchell’s Pub in the V&A Waterfront. They are going to be bringing 4 beers for us to taste on the evening.

Sunday 13th July is the official launch of the Soccer Section at Pirates. We will hold an inter-sectional fun Tournament during the afternoon and then everyone can come across to the Main Bar to watch the final of the World Cup Soccer Tournament.
