Mavericks scored 275/10, after getting off to a flying start with Pirates doing well to restrict them.
Butcher claimed 3-42 from 7 overs
Pirates scored 263/10, unfortunately falling 12 runs short
Great innings by Henrico who made 84

PRESIDENTS XI
Pirates scored 262/10 in 48.2 overs
Richard Connear scoring a fantastic century (135 off 149 balls)
Randburg scored 264/8 in 38 overs
Tristan Du Preez claiming superb figures of 5 for 55 in 10 overs
Unfortunately Pirates lost by 2 wickets

PREMIER LEAGUE XI

Pirates won the toss and sent Wanderers in to Bat.
Wanderers finished on 274/6 over 50 overs
Chris Freeman claiming 2/64 in 10 overs
Pirates got off to a great start with the score on 89/1 after 14 over. Unfortunately they were bundled out of a disappointing total of 165 in just 33.3 overs
Matt Parr top scored with 30 off 39 balls

Pirates batted first and amassed a total of 269 with only the loss of 3 wickets in 35 overs
Half centuries for: Henrico Crous, Emmannuel Ndlovu and Willem Krigel
Phoenix were restricted to 178 of 6 in their 35 overs
Great win for the SA 7 side

SUNDAY 4
Pirates won the toss and chose to field, Randfontein started slow but after a few big shots the run rate increased. At the drinks break Randfontein were well over 100 runs, after the drinks break Pirates came out firing, bowling them out for under 200. Peter Butcher and Nick Rutherford taking 3 wickets apiece. Pirates unfortunately fell short by 40 runs, with a poor batting display.

Pirates posted 243 batting first
Richard Connear: 76 runs Jason Onslow: 56 runs
Old Parks scored 123/10 in 38 overs
Bongo Mabaso’s figure were wonderful claiming 4/31 in 10 overs
Mtu claimed 3/48 in 10 overs
Awesome victory by the second side, winning by 120 runs

PREMIER LEAGUE XI
Pirates won the toss and decided to have a bowl and what a bowling performance it was.
Pirates rattled through the Marks Park batting line up, bowling them out of just 165 in 41.2 overs

Chris Freeman: 10 overs 3/30
Doug Guy: 8.2 overs 2/23
Matt Parr: 10 over 2/28
Pirates then went into bat. It was a tremendous batting display with Pirates chasing the score down in just 39 overs to a secure a bonus point win.
Imeraan Fredricks top scored with a phenomenal knock of 68 not out off 108 balls
Matt Hardy (61 off 101) batted equally as well and contributed to a patient and responsible 100 run partnership.
