PIRATES RUGBY
Pirates take on Alberton this weekend. They are playing at Pirates and we expect to have a great day of rugby. Come down and support the lads.

ROAD RUNNING
TIMING CHIP
A reminder to register for the Mobii timing. Once on the system, you will then be assigned a tag, which is free to Pirates Road Running members.
Tags are collectable every Tuesday at time trials.

If anyone has registered and prefers running the 5km they can just let me know and they will be moved across (we currently default into the 8km). Once the change is made they will stay linked to the 5km until such time as they wish to move.
COMRADES AWARDS
We will be having the Comrades awards presentation and the betting book results on Tuesday evening at the Cocktail Party.
The majority of the awards are already decided – first runner, first lady runner, etc., but we do need input for two awards:
Spirit of Comrades and Comrades Supporter
Please can you put on your thinking caps and send Hennie your nominations for Spirit and Supporter.
In fact, we need input for something else as well – we would like to know what you consider to be the funniest Comrades moment that involved a Pirates member. Please also send this to Hennie, with a description. I can think of a couple!!!
