Thank you to all our members who supported the Club Draw on Friday night. Geoff Davies was the first name out the barrel – he was unfortunately not here so lucky Cliff Card was the second name out and he won R1000.00. Well done Cliffie the next Draw is on Friday 28th June and there is R1 500.00 to be won.
We had a wonderful weekend at the Club with the finals of the Glasfit Pirates School Challenge. Northcliff High School were the winners. This was followed by some great International Rugby so lots was happening and the Club was very festive. Thanks to everyone for their support

There will be an outside Beer Garden, Jumping Castles for the children with lots of fun to be had by everyone.
The Jozi Market will be operating in the morning and the Pirates Grill will provide fantastic food throughout the afternoon

PIRATES LADIES HOCKEY RESULTS
Pirates ladies had a great win against UJB over the weekend beating them 13 – 0. This has put Pirates 4th in the league. The league now gets split into top 6 and bottom 6 so now the ladies will have some tough games. The fixtures will be forwarded as soon as we have them.
CLUB ACTIVITIES AND NEWS
- Pirates Rugby next home game is against Wanderers on Saturday 22nd June – this will be a fun day at the Club so diarise the date now
- We are having a Ladies Lunch so please diarise the date NOW – Saturday 12th October 2012
- Pirates Wine Tasting will take place on Thursday 20th June
- Pirates 10km Road Race – Sunday 7th July
