The Club will be closing on Friday 20th December 2013 for the December break and will re-open on Saturday 4th January 2014

Please bring a gift for and underprivileged child to the party – Value not more than R50.00 and please mark clearly for boy or girl and the age. If you are battling to get to a toy shop we are needing gifts for teenage boys and girls which can be in the form of cream, deodorant, shampoo etc these essentials for us a a very special treat to many of our children in this country
Pirates Hat Race – Monday 16th December
Pirates Road Running will be holding their Annual Hat Race on Monday 16th December from 08h00. Flyer below with details.
This is a charity race and all proceeds go to a Charity – Sorry the Charity nomination has changed and the Road Runners will advise who they are giving the money to in due course
Tell all your friends about this race and get them down to the Club for a morning of great fun – with the famous Beer Table along the way.

A Serious Matter
The Club has unfortunately had two bad incidents with regard to dog attacks in last month or so. I would therefore like to appeal to ALL members and friends who bring their dogs down to the Club to PLEASE have them on a leash at all times.
The Club has many children running around especially on Saturday mornings and it is just not safe for the children to have dogs running around uncontrolled.
I look forward to your co-operation in this regard
