In order for the Club to get the message out there of our great 125th Birthday PLEASE can I ask EVERY member to change their Facebook, BBM, Whatsapp profile pictures to the Clubs 125 logo (attached). This will create wonderful awareness of our Club. Look forward to your support in this fun initiative.

How could our Club survive without the generosity and support of our members? A HUGE thank you to COLIN BARRY for managing to do a substantial upgrade of the flood lights at Pirates at NO COST to the Club. This is an enormous task CB has undertaken and the Club is so grateful for this generous gesture.
Because we are relying on contractors to do this at no cost there could be a few delays due to them doing work for paying Customers!! Please be patient and wait to see the fantastic improvement in the lights. Thank you CB we are most appreciative.
PIRATES 21KM ROAD RACE – SUNDAY 17TH FEBRUARY
The Road Running Section is appealing to ALL members to assist as marshalls for this great race. Matthew Smith is the man with the (marshal) plan, so please email him matthew.smiley@ymail.com or phone him on 072 208 7110.

PIRATES BOWLS CLUB GOLF DAY

PIRATES 125 BOOK
The Club is planning on producing a book for our 125 Birthday. A very kind lady named Wendy Landau has offered to get the information together for this book. She does however require assistance from the Club on layout, suggestions on content etc. Please can a member offer his/her services to assist Wendy with this task. Please contact Non to offer your service.
CLUB ACTIVITIES
- The Welsh Males Voice Choir is performing at Pirates Bowls on Saturday 16th March. R100.00 a ticket with snacks at interval. This is a wonderful evening. To book your seat please contact Barbara on admin@piratesclub.co.za A show not to be missed. See you there
- Social Hockey is held every Tuesday at the Club from 19h00. Everyone is welcome to join so please spread the word and come down and have some fun
