THIS WEEKEND AT PIRATES

This Friday we have a friendly rugby game with Pirates against the JHB Police. The first game kicks off at 6:15pm. Come down and support the boys.

On Saturday we have JNR Cricket matches going on the whole day as well as Mini Hockey practise from 9am.

We have buses going to the Lions VS Cheetahs game at Emirates Airline Park on Saturday from 3pm. Booking essential.

The Club has moved from CSS Security to Cortac Security. Cortac are using Pirates for shift changes and that is the reason for the wooden hut at the Pigeon House

This weekend the Ladies and Mens Hockey 1st team, played in the Hockey Wars Tournament.

RESULTS
Men 1st team won 1, drew 2 and lost 1. Ladies 1st team won 1, drew 2 and lost 1.

It was a great weekend for all.

We will be closed on Monday the  21st, Friday the 25th, Sunday the 27th and Monday 28th but will be open on Saturday the 26th

PIRATES 5 BAR CHALLENGE

Each Section is encouraged to enter as many teams of 4 as possible for this Challenge (the teams can be mixed)

 The challenge will start by running across the field up the ramp to the Pigeon House where the 1st drink is consumed – then on to the Old Bones where another drink will be consumed – then across to the Bowls Club for another drink – then to Tennis for another drink – back to the Main Bar for your 5th drink – 5 Bars on our property.  But this is a double lap so you will need to do this again!!

The team that wins will be declared the biggest drinking section at Pirates (we will try to get a few prizes – any offers are always welcome
