Pirates Hockey Club is a vibrant part of Pirates Sports Club, the oldest sports club in Johannesburg, located in the scenic Greenside/Parkhurst area. Pirates Hockey is open to players of all levels, offering both social and competitive opportunities throughout the year. The club proudly supports six senior teams that compete in various leagues, catering to players who are passionate about the game and eager to be part of a dynamic hockey community.

Pirates Junior Hockey Academy provides a nurturing environment for young players, offering professional coaching and the chance to participate in league matches and tournaments year-round. The academy welcomes boys and girls from U7 through to U15, helping to develop their skills and love for the game. Our juniors regularly compete in leagues, 20/20 tournaments, and are encouraged to explore new formats like the Hundred.
